Taylor joined DH in March 2021. Here’s what Taylor has to say about his life at Devonshire Hayes.
A typical day for Taylor
It depends on what I’ve got on. A typical day involves growing my contractor network within the Azure / AWS & GCP space and building new relationships with businesses from the professional services market.
My favourite part of the job ?
It’s simple – meeting new clients and helping people find a new role. It’s really rewarding being part of our customers journey and sharing in their success.
I am most proud of…
My first contract deal being over £10k. ?

There are a lot really. Reward and incentives – they are amazing. They inspire you to achieve more and your success is celebrated and rewarded. Balance is a big one. Both Matt and Chris understand the value of flexibility in managing your commitments and trust us to do our best from anywhere. There’s also bring your dog to work. Our canine colleague brings us a lot of laughs daily.

The commission structure, the incentives, the people and the career progression. It’s the whole package.
I love DH because…
It’s one big happy family. Sounds cheesy, but it’s true. If I had to describe DH in 3 words, it would be work hard, play hard. (yes, I know that’s four). ?
