Devonshire Hayes are proud to have partnered with a forward-thinking organisation who are looking to expand their Infrastructure team with someone who has previous experience supporting Microsoft stacks.
This position requires clear communication, co-ordination and time management to ensure clients expectations and contractual obligations are maintained
The Role:
- Delivery of 1st line remote support services to contracted and non-contracted customers
- Supporting incidents and service requests that are logged by all customers, either by phone, email, live chat or portal
- Making the customer feel special and a pleasure doing business with us
Experience:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.
- Basic knowledge of industry cloud technology, Office 365, Azure, Private Cloud
- Basic Office 365 administration
