      1st Line Support Enginer

      A global Insurance partner of ours is on the lookout for a 1st Line support engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

      You will be tasked with providing IT support by taking calls / handling Service requests via Service Now and supporting offices in London, Cheltenham, Amsterdam and Miami.

      Have had experience in supporting the below?

      • PC’s / Laptops / Surfaces / Printers / and Mobile Devices.
      • Microsoft Office
      • O365 suite products
      • Active Directory and MS Exchange

      This is a on-site role based in London paying £25k per year – Once you have completed you probation you will be required to 1 shift per week from 10am – 6pm with all other days 9am to 5pm.
