CTO – DeFi
If you are an experienced CTO with a proven background in DeFi and growing a blockchain business, we would love to discuss an exciting new opportunity we are working on.
The role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere within a 2 hour time zone of London and offers a good basic salary as well as tokens provided by the business as equity.
The CTO will be responsible for the technical vision, architecture and development of the decentralised exchanges within this exciting blockchain.
Requirements:
- A hands-on CTO with proven capacity to code and lead developers working on blockchain.
- Experience of working on and growing blockchain projects.
- Ensuring the business is scalable, reliable and secure.
- Technical leadership including mentoring, nurturing and managing a growing team.
- Implement best practices to continuously improve performance.
