Skills Required:
User guidance and support
Windows 10 and 11 Professional knowledge
Setting up of laptop/desktop devices
Microsoft 365 support, including OneDrive and SharePoint shares, setup and maintaining.
Installation of specific software; including Ticketing, CCTV, Access Control.
Ability to support CCTV.
Printer and scanner setup and installation
iPhone and Android phones and tablets setup and troubleshooting
Experience of Audio & Visual solutions/maintenance/troubleshooting an advantage
IT Inventory and asset control SharePoint and Intranet content editing
Logging of IT budget spending
Working knowledge of:
TCP\IP, standard network support commands
VLAN basics & understating concept of managed switches
Knowledge of Mediastar system and Sage installation an advantage, but not essential
Turnstile Connectivity
