I am working with a business who deliver commercial and domestic smart metering services. They are on the lookout for a Service Desk Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are looking at hiring someone to lead a team of 6 Service Desk Engineers across a couple of office locations whilst still being tchnically hands on.

You will be required to be onsite 2 days per week in Liverpool, 2 x days in Manchester and 1 day from home.

Will own the Equipment lifecycle duties under the Request fulfilment process

  • Network Auditing and Reporting on a biweekly basis
  • Asset Management will be a clear indicator for success in the role
  • Will be responsible for asset management and tracking of Data assets through all ICT systems with respect to Providor and Sureserve Group
  • Have a good understanding around ITIL framework
  • Facilitate the development of the Incident/Problem/Change Management process in order to manage the Service Desk against defined service level agreements and improve call resolution times.
