Devonshire Hayes are proud to have partnered with a forward-thinking organisation who are looking to expand their Infrastructure team with someone who has previous experience supporting Microsoft stacks.
This position requires clear communication, co-ordination and time management to ensure clients expectations and contractual obligations are maintained
The Role:
- Delivery of 2nd line remote support services to contracted and non-contracted customers
- Ensuring all incidents and service requests are managed through ITSM package
- Ensuring all SLA obligations are met in delivery of above services
- Providing a prompt and efficient resolution to their query, incident or service request, even if that means not dealing with the query directly
Experience:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of industry cloud technology, Office 365, Azure, Private Cloud
- Office 365 administration
- Needing to have a good working knowledge of all portfolio solutions, services and all round technical knowledge whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication.
