Applications Tester
If you are a proven Applications Tester with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing solutions for technical problems we have a great contract role we’d like to discuss with you.
Please note this role falls OUTSIDE IR35 and requires two days a week onsite in the City of London. This role is urgent and will only suit candidates who have a weeks’ notice or are available immediately.
The Application Tester will be expected to write clean test scripts against the front-end and back-end systems, as well as carry out testing and working with other members of the software development team to resolve coding and data issues.
- Strong knowledge of at least of these programming languages: NODEJS/PYTHON
- Strong knowledge of at least one UI and cross browsing test automation tools: Cypress/Selenium
- Good knowledge of mobile automation framework Appium
- Good knowledge of API testing tool POSTMAN
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Other required skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL querying
- Good knowledge of NoSQL database querying: MongoDB
- Good knowledge of GIT
- Comfortable with working in Linux environments
- Good knowledge of Docker
