Business Analyst
Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic company based in Essex to help them secure a talented Business Analyst. You will be tasked with the following,
– You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects on my clients UK Change portfolio, giving you broad exposure to how the UK business operates, from the front line through to the back office functions and the technology that supports our ability to deliver superb service to our customers.
– Build a strong understanding of end to end user journeys & processes, their supporting technologies and to be able to accurately and efficiently elicit, challenge, and document scope, processes & requirements.
– Produce high quality business analyst deliverables, including but not limited to, user stories, functional and non-functional specifications, ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process models.
– Experience of translating business requirements into technical design, supported by development teams
– Working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
