Business Change Manager
Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help the secure a Business Change Manager/Business Lead for an initial 6 month contract.
You will be tasked with the following:
– The idea candidate will need to sit with the business and walk thorough the cut-over documentation and tease out implications on processes and procedures for project go live.
– You will be responsible for sitting with the business to understand and document all business related tasks, co-ordinating the activity and driving the right outcomes.
– To lead and have oversight of other resource and accountability for the whole piece/project.
– You will need to be capable of challenging the business and pulling out as much information as possible.
– Proven experience of defining business processes, Strategy and reports is essential for the opportunity.
– Communication skills will also be essential for this position due to the amount of written and verbal conversations you will be have daily with key business stakeholders.
– 2 days a week, you will be required to work onsite.
