Devonshire Hayes have been engaged by a client to source an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with users at all levels including VIPs.
Please note this role falls inside IR35.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Liaising with staff on all desktop support issues, triage of IT Operations tickets, calls, and walk ups where required.
Daily morning and evening Infrastructure checklists to ensure the integrity and operation of various systems.
Proactively monitor and assist with managing the entire I.T. estate, ensuring smooth operation and business continuity.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within an ITIL environment.
