Desktop Support / Migration Support
If you are an experienced Desktop Support Engineer / Migration Support Engineer / Deployment Support Engineer, we have a great new contract we’d like to discuss with you.
Please note this role is Outside IR35 and will require 5 days per week onsite in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:
- Wiping various iOS devices of MDM MobileIoron (iPhones & iPads etc)
- Assisting users with enrolling of InTune
- Providing support to users with above process and assisting with device readiness where required
- Offering 1st-2nd line support on said migration as well as log-in credentials, basic configuration of O365 applications.
The successful candidate will need to be available to start on in the next week onsite in Nottingham.
The initial contract is for 4 weeks initially and is likely to extend.
