Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a Global organisation to help them secure a Global Head of Service Delivery to join and lead a team of over 40 individuals. You will be tasked with the following,
– Overall ownership of Service Management tool (ServiceNow)
– Excellent Vendor Management exposure (IT procurement, Contract Management, tendering. Supplier Management etc).
– Team Management responsibilities (Global ideally)
– Great understanding of EUC (End User Computing)
– Coordinate & support Integration roadmap, tracking and processes for new acquisitions including transition into Support.
You will be required to work in the London office 1 day per week.
