If you are an SC Cleared ITIL Service Manager we’d like to discuss a new contract role with you.

 

Please note this role requires candidates who currently hold SC clearance as the start date will not allow for clearance to be obtained in time.

 

This role will be hybrid with onsite attendance required in the Midlands (Nottingham or Warwick).

 

The ITIL Service Manager will monitor the operational delivery of the client contracts, reviewing performance data and KPIs, agreeing service credits associated with the KPIs where relevant and coordinating communication and action relating to all aspects of the contract.

 

You will develop effective operational and strategic relationships with providers to ensure delivery against the performance management framework. You will work closely with the client’s delivery teams to drive on-going improvements in operational delivery and take forward Improvement Plans as well as providing meaningful feedback to providers to achieve performance and service improvements.

  • Contract compliance and Performance management
  • Monitor and manage KPI’s, Service Delivery, Operational Delivery, Service improvement.
  • Line Management & Leadership
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management

 

Essential Skills & experience:

  • Holds applicable ITIL qualification/s
  • Background as a Service Delivery Manager managing IT Delivery support team/s across one or more client accounts to the required SLA’s & KPI’s
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external) and will have experience of contributing to the wider business on expansion opportunities.
