If you are a Project Manager experienced in supporting telephony implementation and deployment projects, we would love to hear from you!
In role will be responsible for ensuring changes to the clients Technology processes and systems. You will be required to support (but not limited to) the following Technology projects:
Implementation of a new cloud-based Telephony platform
Procurement and implementation of a new ITSM solution
Skills Required –
Working with business leads, stakeholders, vendors, and SMEs to build a practical, prioritised list of tasks and activities.
Identifying end-users and specialists responsible for implementing changes, gaining their buy-in and commitment to the project
Creating and managing realistic and detailed project plans for delivery
Co-ordinating the activity and matrix-managing a project team of Business Analysts, Vendors, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
Assessing, quantifying, and framing the impact and benefits of potential changes to systems and operational processes
Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, installing complex plans and activities with clarity and brevity.
Maintaining a high standard of project documentation and governance, including RAID logs and meeting minutes
Experience Required –
Previous experience of managing cross-functional IT projects in dynamic, fast- paced environments but financial services experience is not necessary.
Communicating with mixed audiences of technical and non-technical stakeholders and project resources
Using both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Able to challenge, and manage challenge from, experienced and expert stakeholders, in an engaging and positive way.
Able to champion their work and articulate why it is needed and the value it
brings to the business.
Able to manage a complex, mixed workload, working on multiple changes and “mini projects” simultaneously
