Securities Business Analyst

If you are an experienced Consultant / Project Manager / Business Analyst with a proven pedigree of working with Securities Operations and Technology Change we’d like to discuss a new contract role we have registered.

Please note this role has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35 and will require onsite attendance 2 days per week in London.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Working on Securities projects to enhance clients’ securities processes, systems and controls.
• Advising clients on how to tackle common challenges within securities regulatory requirements.
• Assisting clients with the securities lifecycle from trade execution to settlement.
• Must have proven project management or business analysis experience within the securities space.
• Previous knowledge of investment banking, market infrastructure, asset management etc.

 Proven experience of at least two of the following:

1. Project Management
2. Regulatory change
3. Change Management
4. Trade & transaction reporting
5. Process re-engineering
6. Data & analytics
7. Controls
8. Business Analysis

You will require excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement and be competent with the MS suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc)
