Senior Desktop Engineer
If you are a Senior Desktop Engineer with proven capabilities on both SCCM and JAMF we have a great contract we’d like to discuss with you.
Please note this role with require two days per week onsite in London.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience providing level 2 & 3 Desktop support within a large enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills both written, orally and aurally
- 5 years’ experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Excellent (SME) Windows 10, O365, Adobe products, Mac OSX
- Image deployments
- Strong mobile device support and deployment including iOS and Android
- Vendor management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience & user training experience
- 2+ years JAMF experience including deployment of policies & maintaining static and mart groups
- 5+ years Active Directory management of groups and users
- Experience of DEP (Device Enrollment Programs)
- 2+ years’ experience of MS Endpoint Manager (InTune)

- Apple Certifications
- Bilingual skills
- Project Management experience
- ServiceNow ticketing
- Supporting VIP users
