Are you an experienced Service and Support Manager looking for a new fixed-term opportunity in a large wealth management organisation?

This is a senior management role supporting a client facing website with circa 45,000 users so excellent communication skills and stakeholder management is essential.

You will be tasked with:

  • Making sure support response is timely and of high quality.
  • Helping to increase client retention rates with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Management of support and service issues.
  • Managing the process through to resolution.
  • Co-ordinating the service team to resolve issues.

Please note this is not a technical role although a technical / financial services background will be beneficial to your application.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Bracknell requiring 3 days per week on site paying up to £65k per annum.
