Are you a Service Desk Analyst with a flair for providing excellent customer service and experienced providing support across 1st line? We have an IT Service Delivery Analyst role for a client based in Ashford, Kent. The role will be fully on-site, 5 days per week.
- Support the IT & Telecommunications environments, assist in managing IT Accounts and assets.
- Log, co-ordinate and allocate Service Desk incidents and requests received via the service portal or phone.
- Follow ticket handling and escalation policies and procedures.
- Follow and promote the process of the logging of incoming calls / tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.
- Great customer service skills
- knowledge of data protection legislation
- ITIL Experience
- Experience in Service Desk or similar background
