Are you a graduate or someone starting off in the Technology industry looking to progress in a large multinational organisation? My client are seeking someone with experience in Microsoft stack products looking to learn and progress within their organisation, providing a first class service to all users.

The role:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all users.
  • Using the Service Desk system to effectively log support queries / manage workload and prioritise support tasks.
  • Ensure all office hardware is working efficiently and maintained to an excellent standard
  • Completing backups daily in servers

Your experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of O365
  • Active Directory administration and MS Exchange products
  • Background of working with computers and technology
  • Great time management skills to ensure efficiency
  • Hands on maintenance of Hardware
