My client are seeking someone with experience in Microsoft stack products looking to learn and progress within their organisation, providing a first class service to all users.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all users.
- Using the Service Desk system to effectively log support queries / manage workload and prioritise support tasks.
- Ensure all office hardware is working efficiently and maintained to an excellent standard
- Completing backups daily in servers
- Excellent knowledge of O365
- Active Directory administration and MS Exchange products
- Background of working with computers and technology
- Great time management skills to ensure efficiency
- Hands on maintenance of Hardware
