Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Engineer / 1st line Engineer with excellent communication skills? If so we have a 3 month initial contract we’d like to discuss with you.
Please note this role will require 5 days a week onsite in Nottingham.
Alongside excellent communication skills and first class customer service experience the client require the following:
- 3 years technical work experience
- Strong technical knowledge and ability
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in issues reported and identify areas for improvements
- Knowledge of ITIL governance and control processes and procedures
- Experience in using active directory, making technical configuration changes on backend systems without disruption to the user
- Strong O365 Knowledge
- Win7/Win10 Experience
- Experience managing and supporting Apple devices, including iPads, iPhones and MacBooks
- Experience managing and supporting Android mobile devices
- Citrix knowledge
- Horizon VMWare knowledge
- Experience of using ServiceNow
- Remote access via MS Teams and Remote Desktop
- InTune experience would be advantageous
- Focus on detail, documentation, development and quality assurance
- Flexible and adaptable to be able to cover multiple issues within a single incident/request, along with excellent problem solving skills
