- Maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems/solution
- Identifying, recommending, and optimising delivery processes
- Provide coaching, support and guidance to developers, to meet the requirements of the IT Delivery Portfolio and business needs
- Maximising capability and development opportunities to optimise performance now and in the future
- Customer Service/Contact Centre background or environment
- Experience of successfully designing and delivering IT solutions
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Excellent critical thinking and solution creation skills
