Technical Service Delivery Manager
Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them with hiring a talented IT Technical Delivery Manager. You will be tasked with,
– Line management responsibility (team organisation, management etc)
– Excellent understanding of ITIL Principals (incident, problem, change)
– Vendor Management
– IT Service Management responsibilities (SLA’s etc)
– Excellent stakeholder engagement (User centric and senior stakeholder).
– Managing complex and highly regulated IT service operations.
You will be required to work out of the London office 1 day per week.
