 Our leading Wealth Management and professional services client is looking for an experienced Technology Change Manager for their offices based in Liverpool.

This is a full time permanent position at £56,000 per annum.

The Role:

Reporting to the DTS Business Continuity Manager, Business Stakeholders and Adoption Leads this role is the interface for operational services. The main purpose of the role is to provide a central change management and governance for the Change Portfolio and other initiatives/projects resulting in business change. You will create an enterprise approach for the company developing and achieving their IT strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.
  • Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
  • Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
  • Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
  • Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
  • Hosting Change Advisory Board meetings and arranging and hosting emergency change advisory board where required.
  • Supporting audit and compliance requests as required.

 Change Management:

  • Act as SME for the IT Change Management process and be responsible for ensuring audit compliance activities and continuous service improvement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as process owner for the IT Change management process, overseeing its execution day to day by DTS Service Analysts.
  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to embed DTS change management strategy, including process and tools to support adoption of the changes being delivered by a project or initiative.
  • Establishing a key core of representation for change and emergency change advisory board meetings.
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of joined up communications and working with the internal Comms team to maintain a central view of change and timeline for when various projects and initiatives are impacting stakeholders meetings.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Have significant experience of managing business-facing change in a complex matrix organization.

Reporting & Senior Level Liaison:

  • Attend Project Support Meetings making sure that the operational Readiness documentation is completed and DTS change mythology is applied.
  • Attend relevant service review meetings to understand change pipeline.
  • Ensure that any service breach is recorded before it is closed.
  • Create publications for use throughout the company i.e. training material.
  • Ensure regular reporting on key service performance and quality metrics (in relation to change management)

Training & Development:

  • Review and improve the accuracy and content of the Change Management process.
  • Provide guidance on Change Management to all support staff and assist in their training and knowledge development.
